Integrated by all the partners. It meets at least once a year. Among other things, it establishes the objectives and general lines of action that allow the entity to fulfil its purpose, it approves the annual income and expenses budgets and elects the members of the Board of Directors.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Board of Directors<\/strong><\/strong>.
