Structure of the organization
The statutes of the XCN specify the structure of the organization and the different mechanisms of participation:
- General Assembly. It is the supreme body of the entity. Integrated by all the partners. It meets at least once a year. Among other things, it establishes the objectives and general lines of action that allow the entity to fulfil its purpose, it approves the annual income and expenses budgets and elects the members of the Board of Directors.
- Board of Directors. It has the functions of governing, administrating and representing the entity.
The organization also has a technical team, responsible for carrying out all those activities that aim to fulfil the mission of the entity.
